Alltel Live Answering Services are a far better alternative to traditional voice-mail and ensure your business has a professional image at all times.
Our Live Operators are all Australian based, they are professionally trained and well-spoken. They can answer your calls and send messages to you 24 hours a day 7 days a week, on weekends, after hours or only when you are unavailable.
Your calls will be answered based on our standard script below. Our experience has shown that this script works the best for most busines requirements.
Example:
Operator answers call: "Good Morning ABC Pty Ltd, this is Mary speaking, how can I help you?"
Caller requests to speak to John.
Operator responds: "I'm sorry but he is unavailable at the moment. Can I ask him to return your call as soon as possible?"
Caller responds.
Operator: Gets caller's name and phone number and if volunteered, a brief description of the enquiry.
Your messages will then be sent to your mobile phone via SMS and sent to your email address for your records. They will also be posted to your Online Customer Portal.
If you have 1300 numbers or 1800 numbers, they can also be configured to automatically redirect at specified times (eg. after office hours).
You can configure your home phone, office phone, mobile phone, 1300 number or 1800 number to redirect to your Live Answering Operator 24/7 OR on "busy" OR on "no answer" or any other time you choose.
